Manifesto of the Outcasts

____________________ 1.
We are a group of selected pure-sexed Slovenes, bound by the concern for the preservation of the Slovene national essence and the pure Slovene blood.

____________________ 2.
On the 1st of May 2004 at noon by the Central-European time we will secede and thus self-erase ourselves from the register.

We will perform this act with a space vessel, which is a result of our domestic knowledge, our own work, and licensed technology. After careful deliberation we have chosen to name it Mine, Order and Discipline

We are not ashamed of the past and we are not afraid of the future.

____________________ 4.
Our goal is the Gallina asteroid in the heart of the Oort's cloud beyond our Sun system. We will inhabit it with fundamental values of Slovene identity, such as:
- intolerance to the different
- restriction and self-restriction of liberties and rights
- mono-religion
- democratic enforcement of majority decisions
- parochialism, narrow-mindedness, home-nesting and envy
- sophistication of basic human rights on harder grounds
- development of new forms of legal robbery
- making profits from other people's work
- advance of mediocrity
- populism and amateurism in culture.

Nothing will be left to chance. By means of our excellent and ecological infrastructure we will create conditions for the development of the real new Slovenia, based on the openness and verified democratic methods – pettifoggery, imputation, fabrication, bribery, stratification and similar.

To be able to continue with our basic values in the new world, we will cordially invite other ethnic, religious and social groups, for only this will allow us to preserve and advance intolerance, restriction, parochialism and exploitation.
